Ash is an experienced private equity investor in the UK middle-market. He developed his expertise at Inflexion, where he worked on several investments, served as a board member, and contributed to a number of successful exits.

Prior to his venture into private equity, Ash gained experience in investment banking, particularly at Morgan Stanley and Barclays, with a focus on the industrials and business services sectors.

Matt began his private equity career at August Equity, a lower-mid market investor, where he was responsible for sourcing investment opportunities and supporting portfolio companies with their buy-and-build strategies.

He later joined Chiltern Capital, a deal-by-deal private equity firm, before starting his career at KPMG.
